Kingston Financial Group and its subsidiaries (collectively as “Kingston”) wishes to remind the public to be on alert for fraudsters claiming to be employees of the company. Kingston has received enquiries and complaints about individuals falsely claiming to represent Kingston and solicited investors to buy stocks or join investment schemes online or via social platforms. Some of these individuals even presented fake Kingston business cards, staff cards or documents bearing the company’s logo. If an unfamiliar person claiming to be from Kingston asks you to invest or pay money, you should refrain from dealing with him/her and contact us by email at compliance@kingston.com.hk to verify his/her identity as an employee of Kingston. If investors suspect that they have been deceived, please report the matter to the Hong Kong Police’s Anti-Scam Helpline at 18222 as soon as possible, or to your local law enforcement agency.
